Humility is mostly found in your heart space. It’s not something you do in your brain, although you can decide it. It's not that you pretend you’re not arrogant, if you find that's your thing, and it's not something you would do to feel even lesser about yourself than you already do (if that's your thing).
It’s about you in your relationship to whatever is outside of you and also the respect that you have for things. You could feel it in a forest.
It could help you stay quiet when you want to speak and shouldn’t. And there's benefits to this. You may just find a lot more peace inside.
